This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases of our products and services, including:
(collectively, the "Paid Services").
This Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
"Subscription" means a recurring paid plan (e.g., monthly or yearly) for one or more Services.
"Lifetime Deal" ("LTD") means a one-time purchase granting long-term access to a specified plan of a product, as described at the time of purchase.
"One-time services" means non-recurring services such as consulting, onboarding, or custom development, if offered.
We may offer free trials (for example, a 30-day trial) or free tiers so that you can evaluate the Services before committing to a paid plan.
Details of any trial (duration, included features, conversion to paid) will be shown at signup. Because trials are provided for evaluation, we generally do not issue refunds for Subscription charges once a billing period has started, except as required by law or as described below.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (e.g., monthly or yearly). Unless cancelled, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by using the account settings in the Service or contacting us at billing@robo-meister.com.

LTDs are offered as one-time purchases for access to a described plan of a product, subject to fair use, technical limitations, and the minimum guarantee period described below, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, LTDs are eligible for a full refund if requested within 60 days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund for an LTD, contact us at billing@robo-meister.com with your purchase details (email, product, date, and transaction ID if available).
After the 60-day period, LTD purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
For LTD plans, we commit to providing access to the relevant product and LTD plan (or a substantially equivalent or higher plan) for at least three (3) years from the date of your LTD purchase, unless prevented by factors outside our reasonable control (such as changes in law, force majeure, or the failure of critical third-party providers).
After this minimum period, we may continue to provide access for as long as we commercially maintain the product. However, we reserve the right to modify, replace, or retire features, plans, or products with reasonable notice.
We may introduce fair use limitations (such as usage caps, concurrency limits, or anti-abuse protections) to maintain stable operation for all users.
